BaCon 2.1 with PI Tag Synchronization
Now Available... Our latest update to BaCon - Bailey Configuration Utility for PI Tags. BaCon was designed to help create PI Bailey interface tags into PI using Microsoft Excel and the PI Tag Configurator for Excel from OSIsoft. BaCon 2.0 with Synchronization Report does this and more.
BaCon, the Bailey Configuration and Synchronization Utility for PI Tags, has been redesigned with some new features and run options. The Synchronization feature now offers PI Administrators a way to synchronize their PI Tag Database with their Bailey Tag Databases. This feature will provide useful information like:
- Bailey Tags that do not exist as PI Tags (new tags)
- PI Tags that no longer exist in Bailey (dead tags)
- PI Tags with invalid configuration (such as wrong Bailey Tag Type, bad Zero, Span, incorrect Engineering Units, etc.)
