OSIsoft uses Data South Systems engineers for field service, training and technical support to help balance their services demand load.

We work as a direct customer resource for PI services or through OSIsoft as a subcontractor. Our value-added services go beyond standard PI installs, depending on customer needs. However, since we are part of the OSIsoft Field Service team, we follow their standards for all of our PI service work. Our field service staff regularly participates in the OSIsoft Field Service meetings and stays current on the latest PI technologies.
